We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Solicitor to join our dynamic Commercial and General Civil Litigation team at Law Staff Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial and civil litigation, with a proven track record of managing complex cases from inception to resolution. As a Senior Associate Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, debt recovery, contract disputes, and company disputes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, debt recovery, contract disputes, and company disputes.
- Collaborate effectively within a supportive team environment, while demonstrating leadership qualities when required.
- Achieve billing, time, and fee earning targets, in compliance with the firm's credit control arrangements.
- Demonstrate excellent project and time management skills to efficiently handle complex cases.
- Qualified lawyer with 5+ years of experience gained in a reputable legal practice, preferably with exposure to a Legal 500 firm.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to handle all stages of litigation from inception to resolution.
- Extensive experience in dealing with all manner of commercial and civil disputes, including drafting witness statements, preparing trial bundles, and conducting advocacy.
- Experience in managing costs and budgets for litigation cases.
