We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Commercial Operations team at Labcorp. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and day-to-day operations of the Labcorp BLS CRM system and associated tools.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with all functional areas, including Sales, Proposal Management, Marketing, Finance, Contracts, etc.
- Serve as the Salesforce Administrator technical lead on commercial projects.
- Facilitate and support the implementation of Salesforce Automation and Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, Active Directory, and Internet Information Server (IIS).
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the underlying technical requirements for Salesforce Automation and associated tools.
- Provide effective communication and training to internal stakeholders on system benefits and requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years' minimum experience working with Salesforce or equivalent application experience.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification - Preferred.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification - Preferred.
- Ideally experience in the life science industry.
