About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Analytical Chemist to join our team at Science Solutions Recruitment Ltd. As an Analytical Chemist, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized tests, analyzing the results, and maintaining laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing routine and specialized tests, including method development and validation for organic and inorganic analytical techniques.
• Analyzing results and maintaining laboratory equipment.
• Working with a team to develop and implement new methods and techniques.
• Mentoring junior staff and providing guidance and support.
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry or a related field.
• Working experience in method development and validation for organic and inorganic analytical techniques.
• Working knowledge and experience of standard laboratory skills and techniques.
• Previous experience in a laboratory setting.
• Experience in mentoring junior staff.
