This role presents an opportunity to play a vital part in a team that supports a prominent gas organization across the UK. Based at the Head Office, you will have the chance to visit various depots nationwide, gaining valuable insights into the workings of a well-established enterprise.
Your primary responsibilities will revolve around fleet and driving operations, with a significant focus on compliance. Key duties will include:
- Managing vehicle documentation, fuel cards, defect logs, and visit records
- Performing driving license checks using a specialized verification system
- Validating customer visits by confirming truck movements
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organizational capabilities, along with a background in fleet, transport, or logistics. Additional qualifications include:
