Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance on commercial office contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out lighting installations, fault-finding, and lamp replacement
  • Perform electrical maintenance tasks, including small installations and fault diagnosis
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure smooth building operations
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
