Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based in a commercial office contract located in Knightsbridge. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in Electrical or mechanical building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.
  • Perform tasks such as lighting installation, fault-finding, and control panel maintenance.
  • Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) and update log books.
  • Assist with plumbing issues, including unblocking toilets and maintaining pumps and motors.
Requirements:
  • Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3.
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Multi-skilled and able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills and client-facing experience.

Competitive salary of up to £47,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression are offered by the company.
