The Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team at Mill Street, a purpose-built supported living service for individuals with acquired brain injury, physical disabilities, and/or sensory impairment.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering residents to live fulfilling lives. You will provide personalized support, assisting with daily tasks such as personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and community integration.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a welcoming and supportive environment for residents
  • Assisting with personal care routines, promoting independence and dignity
  • Supporting residents in accessing community activities and social events
  • Encouraging residents to participate in meaningful activities that promote their well-being
  • Working collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
