About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our design team at Advance TRS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering civil designs for infrastructure projects, working closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver civil designs for infrastructure projects, from feasibility to detailed designs for construction
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Conduct site visits and write reports to ensure health and safety standards are met
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality designs
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring they are aligned with client requirements
  • Prepare and present engineering solutions to clients, ensuring they meet their needs and expectations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and check and approve design documents, drawings, and calculations
Requirements
  • Experience in designing infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of civil engineering principles
  • Relevant degree in civil engineering or a related field, with working towards professional accreditation
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and basic AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in teams and meet project deadlines
  • Client-focused approach to service, with a strong focus on health and safety
