About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in a 4 FTE Farm and Equine role within a busy mixed practice. The ideal candidate will have experience working with proactive clients and staff management, with training and support provided by senior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver proactive service to farm and equine clients
  • Contribute to the Out-of-Hours (OOH) rota, currently set at a 1:5 basis
  • Play a key role in evolving the OOH rota to maintain ideal working conditions
About the Team

The team consists of approximately 15 vets, including 10 full-time equivalent vets, with a dedicated Large Animal team of 4 FTE vets. During the busy Spring and Autumn seasons, additional support is required.
