Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Manager to join our client's team in Lincolnshire. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for leading the Sales Ledger team and ensuring the timely collection of monies owed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Credit Control Strategy: Create a structured approach to debt management, including an audit of the customer database and development of robust KPIs.
  • Debt Management Programme: Devise a debtor management programme, implementing a robust remedial action plan as customers hit specific debtor milestones.
  • Statement Production and Reconciliations: Ensure timely production of customer statements and sales ledger reconciliations to deadlines, including narrative and commentary on issues and risk.
  • Credit Insurance and Risk Management: Assist in negotiating best deal credit insurance and ongoing communication with insurer regarding aged debt.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Must have previous experience working in accounts receivable and managing credit risk.
  • CICM Qualification: Hold a CICM qualification and demonstrate the positive impact you have had in previous roles.
