Chemotherapy Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemotherapy Nurse to join our team at Spire Wellesley Hospital. As a key member of our Cancer Services Team, you will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment.

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working full-time in our Oncology Day Chemotherapy Centre. You will be responsible for providing planned care to patients receiving Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT), working closely with consultants and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery
  • Develop and maintain clinical records of patient care
  • Participate in the management and organisation of care provision in the Oncology Day Chemotherapy Centre
Requirements
  • NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • Chemotherapy competence and SACT experience with a valid Passport
  • Previous Oncology and chemotherapy experience required
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and patient care skills
  • Flexibility with shift patterns, including earlies, late shifts, and long days
