Luum is a vibrant and sophisticated cocktail bar located in the heart of Belgravia and Knightsbridge, infused with Latin American romanticism. Our menu features curated cocktails and aged spirits, served from evening through to late night, making us the neighbourhood's go-to destination.
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join our pre-opening team at Luum. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, processing transactions, and maintaining bar presentation standards to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Requirements- Previous experience in a similar role within fast-paced, luxury, or destination cocktail bars, lounge bars, and hotel bars
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in high-volume and events is advantageous
- Passion for service and working with quality products
