Your Role as a Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator

The primary objective of this role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales, and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also optimize every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements for Success
  • Preferably an experienced sales professional with a track record of success in a target-driven environment.
  • Able to generate new business and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, email systems, and a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.
