As an Estate Agent, you will be at the forefront of helping clients find their dream homes or investment properties. Your journey begins with comprehensive training at our Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you will gain industry-leading knowledge and skills to excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market properties to potential tenants or home owners
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and more
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

What We Offer:

  • £25,000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Company Car
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
