About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Coordinator to join our team at South East Water. As a Data Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our project delivery team by providing analytical and planning expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with contractors to ensure quality assurance of inspection reports and project data.
  • Check data and formatting of completed reports before submitting to the Assets Department.
  • Manage complex spreadsheets, update documentation, and maintain project performance reports.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress and priorities.
  • Obtain and issue work instruction numbers from within the Maximo system and act as a point of contact for 'Maximo' within Engineering.
  • Understand the CDM H&S regulations project notification process.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and planning skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Full, clean driving license.
