We're seeking a skilled Senior Barista to lead our team in central London. As a coffee enthusiast with exceptional knowledge, you'll refine your skills, enjoy free coffee during shifts, and build a rewarding career in specialty coffee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brew the perfect cup, adjusting equipment settings as needed.
  • Maintain coffee quality and consistency throughout the day.
  • Ensure all coffee adheres to company standards, including weighing shots and monitoring roast dates.
  • Set up, maintain, and close down coffee equipment safely.
  • Uphold cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and support the floor staff.
  • Be a brand ambassador, reflecting Gentlemen Baristas' image and reputation.
Requirements
  • Exceptional knowledge of specialty coffee.
  • Proficiency in using coffee equipment.
  • Efficiency, independence, and proactiveness.
  • Prioritizing cleanliness and following health and safety standards.
  • Team player, respectful communicator, and generous with their time.
