Sellick Partnership is currently seeking a skilled HR Consultant to join our team, working on a hybrid basis for a 12-month fixed term contract with the potential for extension.
This position is ideal for a CIPD level 5 HR professional with expertise in employment law, employee relations, coaching, and training.
The HR Consultant will collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide a comprehensive and professional people and culture service to all stakeholders.
The successful candidate will deliver proactive, professional, and consistent employee relations advice and guidance, maintain employee records for all employee relations issues, and offer expert advice for key employee relations initiatives such as TUPE, MOC's, and audits.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders; Provide People & Culture support and guidance to managers and staff regarding all employee relations issues, in accordance with company policies and best practices; Assist People & Culture Partners in effectively delivering People & Culture projects with a flexible approach as needed.
- Aid People & Culture Partners and operations in audit preparation and follow-up actions.
- Produce consistent and professional correspondence in alignment with policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage the HR Mailbox and address employee relations inquiries, resolving day-to-day HR queries in line with policy, procedure, and best practices; Support the development of line managers to enhance their people management skills in accordance with policy and best practices.
- Maintain employee files in compliance with best practices, GDPR, CQC, and local regulations.
- Oversee the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate data capture and analysis.
- Maintain the employee relations tracker with a strong emphasis on detail and accuracy.
- The ideal candidate will possess:
- Prior experience in an HR Advisory role.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
