We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist/Client Care Advisor to join our team at Vetisco. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients and their pets, ensuring a smooth and efficient visit.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team, providing guidance and expertise to ensure their absolute satisfaction.
  • Manage payments, future bookings, and coordinate the smooth running of day-to-day routines using our online booking system.
  • Stay up-to-date with practice services and additional services available, providing guidance to clients as needed.
