About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at NEXT, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our stores and customers.

As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will be the first point of contact for any security-related issues and will work closely with store teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective security protocols to prevent loss and protect company assets.
  • Work closely with store management to ensure compliance with company security standards.
  • Provide training and support to store teams on security procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement to share intelligence and best practices.

About You:

  • You will have previous experience in a security or loss prevention role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • You will be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will be flexible and able to work across different stores and opening times.
  • You will be comfortable using IT systems and have a basic understanding of computer software.
  • You will be committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our customers.
