Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Medicine Specialties Services, ensuring high-quality patient care and delivery of services across two hospital sites.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance, patient outcomes, and staff engagement.
- Collaborate with clinical teams, nursing staff, and administrative teams to achieve agreed productivity targets and performance metrics.
- Manage complex budgets, including budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Develop and implement quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of treatment and care.
- Work constructively with clinicians, including medical staff, to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Postgraduate qualification or evidence of postgraduate education.
- Significant track record of senior-level management experience in a complex acute hospital setting.
- Experience in leading, managing, and developing a multidisciplinary team, including objective setting and performance management.
- Experience of managing clinical staff and conducting job planning.
- Extensive senior management and leadership experience at a senior level in NHS/private healthcare.
