About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Equipment Tester to join our team at Project Start Recruitment Solutions. As an Electrical Equipment Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and integrity of electrical equipment in various settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-service inspections and testing of electrical equipment to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Produce detailed reports and results that meet the requirements of clients, regulatory bodies, and industry codes of practice.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to provide expert advice and guidance on electrical safety and testing procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with changes and amendments to industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure the highest level of expertise.
Requirements
- City & Guilds 2377 qualification or equivalent.
- Full UK driving license.
- Strong computer literacy skills to generate and submit electronic results.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills to accurately record and report results.
- Flexibility and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
