About the Role

We are seeking an Employment Specialist to join our dynamic team at Oxford Health NHS Trust. As an Employment Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health challenges to achieve their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with individuals to set and achieve employment goals
  • Develop and implement personalized employment plans
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to individuals in their employment journey
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employment support
Requirements
  • Education to degree level or equivalent
  • Understanding of relevant policies and procedures, including equalities legislation
  • Experience of working in supported employment or a similar service user group
  • Ability to use IT and tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
