HSEQ Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HSEQ Manager to join our team at Vinci Facilities for the Defence Region. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic initiatives that enhance HSE culture and performance, ensuring the safe delivery of services to our clients within the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) and Ministry of Defence (MoD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance HSE culture and performance within the Defence region.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team consisting of Health and Safety Advisors and Environment and Sustainability Advisors.
- Chair strategic meetings focused on HSE matters, providing high-level trending analyses and reports to inform decision-making processes.
- Oversee and conduct high-level investigations on behalf of senior management, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Divisional Directors on projects involving HSEQ management, ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven Health & Safety expertise and team leadership experience.
- Background in construction or facilities management.
- Experience of managing Health & Safety for high-risk environments.
- Proven knowledge of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality processes and legislation.
- NEBOSH or Level 6 equivalent qualification.
- Ability to obtain SC Clearance and willingness to undergo further high-level clearance.
