Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Merchandising Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are stocked with the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective merchandise planning and inventory management strategies to maximize sales and minimize stock levels.
  • Work closely with the buying team to ensure that products are aligned with customer demand and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to ensure that store displays and visual merchandising are optimized to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, sales data, and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of merchandise planning and inventory management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
