HR Assistant

We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our People Development team in Taunton. This is an exciting opportunity for an administrator looking to gain insight into the world of People Development without prior HR experience.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for supporting others, and experience in a fast-paced, client-facing administration role.
Key Responsibilities- Update and maintain accurate HR systems and records
- Develop awareness of external HR developments and changes in legislation
- Liaise with external parties, such as recruitment agencies and training providers
- Assist the team with HR and Learning and Development administration
- Support colleagues from all areas of the business as required
- Act as an exemplar of our Company values and encourage a positive culture
