HR Assistant

We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our People Development team in Taunton. This is an exciting opportunity for an administrator looking to gain insight into the world of People Development without prior HR experience.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting others across the Group. They will be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate HR systems and records, developing awareness of external HR development and changes in legislation, and liaising with external parties.
Key Responsibilities- Update and maintain accurate HR systems and records with a focus on attention to detail
- Develop knowledge of external HR development and changes in legislation
- Liaise with external parties, including recruitment agencies, training providers, and conference venues
- Assist the team with HR and Learning and Development administration
- Support colleagues from all areas of the business as required
- Act as an exemplar of our Company values and promote a positive culture
