About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Finance Business Partner to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and delivering clear and robust value-add reporting and insights to the Operations team and field business partners, driving performance-improving actions and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver strategic finance plans, budgets, and forecasts for your supported area
  • Build and engage with stakeholders to provide support and challenge across all functions
  • Model complex problems and business scenarios to deliver compelling storytelling across performance reporting
  • Provide analytical and business partnering skills to drive business improvement

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA or CIMA)
  • First move from practice (top 4) or similar commercial analyst role
