True Consulting Ltd is partnering with a global leader in commercial HVAC equipment. With over a century of experience, this company has established itself as a top innovator in climate control systems and a preferred supplier for Consultants and Contractors across the UK.

The company is seeking a Sales Manager to focus on Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Contractors across the Western Home Counties. In this role, the Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the specification team to ensure orders are secured by building and maintaining strong relationships with M&E contractors. Utilising the company's comprehensive CRM system, they will manage relationships with key long-term clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

Our client's products are well-suited to a variety of commercial applications, including offices, hospitals, schools, and colleges.

We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in working with Contractors throughout the Home Counties. This role is ideal for someone with a background in selling mechanical products such as AHUs, MVHR, commercial boilers, heat pumps, air conditioning systems (VRF, splits), chillers, fan coils, HIUs, or similar equipment.

The Sales Manager will receive:

  1. £55,000 - £65,000
  2. £20,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)
  3. Car / Car Allowance
  4. 25 days plus Bank Holidays
  5. Company Pension
  6. Healthcare
