About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Ashley House Care Home. As a Night Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their needs are met and their care plans are implemented.
  • Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £17.06 per hour, dependent on experience.
  • A welcome bonus of £1,000 and paid breaks.
  • A 12-hour night shift contract, with one night shift per week (every Friday night).
