Audio Visual Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Audio Visual Warehouse Technician to join our team at Eclipse Global.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in close cooperation with the Warehouse Senior Team to deliver seamless warehouse dispatch activities.
- Assist the Warehouse Senior Team in the development of warehouse facilities, including storage areas, equipment stocks, and related services.
- Prepare sound, lighting, AV, projection, and staging equipment to meet technical service requirements.
- Proactively support the Warehouse Senior Team with routine warehouse activities.
- Solve technical issues during equipment preparation, referring to the Prep Supervisor or Project Manager as necessary.
- Organise and load/unload vehicles according to the operational schedule.
- Assist with PAT testing and Rigging inspection requirements.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable working knowledge of audio mixers, lighting control desks, and AV equipment.
- Experience working with medium-sized d&b PA systems, Video distribution systems, and Lighting systems.
- Understanding of firmware updates on equipment.
- Knowledge and understanding of at least two areas of Sound, Lighting, and Data Projection.
- Confident working in a team environment to deliver high-quality warehouse requirements.
- Understanding of the importance of high-quality customer service.
