Key Responsibilities- Support the Nursery Manager in the daily management of the nursery, including staff leadership, training, and development.
- Assist in implementing policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all children and staff.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of an engaging and inclusive curriculum.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children.
- Collaborate with the management team to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide mentorship to staff.
