This position will play a vital role in the following key areas:

Essential Content Development —This role involves creating legal guidance and market insights that are easily digestible for busy practitioners. The content will be delivered in various formats, such as Practice Notes, precedents, checklists, and flowcharts. Legal Updates and Analysis —We provide ongoing legal updates and insights through our current awareness service, covering significant legal and regulatory developments that may affect legal professionals and their clients.

Responsibilities:

Content Development

Collaborating closely with the Practical Guidance teams and the Content Acquisition team to create and refine legal guidance materials.

This will include:

assessing new and existing materials for accuracy and quality tracking developments and maintaining records of consultations, cases, and relevant dates drafting various legal guidance documents (e.g., practice notes, precedents, trackers, checklists, news articles, and Q&As) engaging with external authors regarding contributed content organizing and documenting meetings with experts and liaising with contributors as necessary collaborating with product teams to enhance the delivery of legal research and current awareness services

Current Awareness Delivery

Assisting in the provision of our current awareness service by:

ensuring all news articles are crafted to a high standard, thoroughly edited for accuracy, clarity, and style consistently applying appropriate categorization to news items proofreading content prior to publication, resolving any issues, and suggesting process improvements supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing the current awareness offerings of Butterworths Limited Company
