Job Opportunity: Payroll and Pensions Officer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Pensions Officer to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for processing payroll for 4,000 employees, dealing with regulatory reports, and responding to queries from the workforce on pay and pension issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Process payroll for 4,000 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
* Deal with regulatory reports, including P11d's, P60's, P45's, and pension reports
* Respond to queries from the workforce on pay and pension issues, providing clear and concise information
* Handle the auto-pension enrollment process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Deal with various 3rd party providers, internal stakeholders, and colleagues, building strong relationships and communicating effectively
* Conduct monthly analysis and reconciliation of pay, benefits, and control accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
* Deal with complaints and complex payroll queries, providing a high level of customer service
* Support the ongoing upgrading and testing of payroll systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption

**Requirements:**

* Proven track record in dealing with large payrolls, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures
* Working knowledge of pensions, including auto-enrollment and compliance requirements
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data
