We Are Swim is seeking a passionate and dedicated Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons that cater to the needs of our young swimmers
- Integrate our reward schemes into classes to motivate and encourage participation
- Ensure the safe provision of equipment and maintain high safety standards during sessions
- Assess and develop swimmers' techniques, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback
- Create a positive and fun learning environment that fosters confidence and motivation in our swimmers
- Evaluate sessions and provide feedback to improve the overall swimming experience
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards swimming
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers
- Perseverance and patience when working with children
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
