Land Surveyor Opportunity

This is an excellent chance for a land surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary surveying specialist, offering great career development, good earning potential, and company benefits.

The company operates primarily throughout Northamptonshire but also takes on projects UK-wide. It has been trading for nearly half a century, its success accredited to building long-term relationships with its client base. The business specialises in various surveys, including Topographical, Measured Building, and Laser scanning.

The role will have a good balance between field and office-based work, with a great variety of projects to get involved with. You will be closely mentored by a more Senior Surveyor to help build your knowledge and skillset, with the view to taking on more responsibility as time goes on. You will have a great opportunity to receive loads of training, and progress within the business quickly into a more senior role.

The Role:

  • Complete Topographical Land Surveys using GPS & Total station
  • Use AutoCAD to produce reports
  • Ensure the accuracy of surveys within client specifications
  • Travel across the county to various sites, with occasional staying away when required for projects further afield

The Person:

  • Land Surveyor
  • Experience with total station/GPS/Laser scanners
  • Live a commutable distance from Northampton
  • Full driving license
