Job Description

Eden Scott is seeking an experienced Information Management Advisor to join their Corporate Support team on a Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing best practice guidance and consultation on Information Management practices, system development and administration, monitoring and enforcing compliance, delivering staff training and awareness sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) Administration: Manage the EDMS, ensuring all configurations are tested, efficient, effective, and flexible to adapt to a growing organization.
  • Workflow Implementation and Maintenance: Implement new and maintain existing EDMS workflows using M365 Power Automate.
  • Information Management Audit Schedule: Maintain and coordinate the Information Management Audit schedule, carrying out assigned audits and logging findings as required.
  • Document Control: Enforce controlled processes and practices for the creation, review, modification, issuance, distribution, and accessibility of internal and external documents.
  • Quality Assurance: Provide quality assurance in compliance with document management to ensure that documents and records are managed to satisfy site license requirements, statutory regulations, company, and local directives, procedures, and safety rules.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Experience in Electronic Document Management Systems, preferably SharePoint.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications, strong communication skills, verbal and written, and a strong work ethic.
