Crèche Assistant

Nuffield Health Bromley FWC is seeking a skilled Crèche Assistant to join our team. As a Crèche Assistant, you will be responsible for creating a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children to explore their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging play and education programs to promote children's physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and psychological development.
  • Ensure the Crèche is safe, clean, and tidy at all times, adhering to childcare legislation and regulations.
  • Liaise with parents and carers to provide informative and appropriate support.
  • Provide equipment and resources for play and education, ensuring a stimulating and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Crèche environment.
  • Qualifications in childcare, such as NNEB, NVQ Level 3, or BTEC.
  • Desirable: EYPS, Paediatric First Aid qualifications.
