Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Sustainability Program Manager to lead our corporate sustainability initiatives and drive measurable impact. As the face of sustainability within and outside the company, you'll collaborate across teams to shape and execute our sustainability vision.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a forward-thinking sustainability program, aligning with company-wide goals and setting ambitious targets.
  2. Owning environmental compliance, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and staying ahead of global sustainability trends and legislation.
  3. Spearheading initiatives to reduce waste, increase energy efficiency, and enhance water conservation efforts, engaging employees through education and participation.
  4. Building and managing relationships with sustainability project suppliers, carefully selecting, vetting, and tracking projects to ensure maximum environmental benefit.
  5. Representing the company at conferences and events, positioning us as an industry leader and thought leader in sustainability.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in the world of sustainability, ideally within the travel industry.
  2. Strong understanding of sustainability principles, environmental compliance, and best practices.
  3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and effectively present sustainability strategies to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  4. Self-starter with a passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving measurable impact.
  5. Experience working with product and engineering teams to develop sustainability-focused solutions is a plus.
