Automotive Centre Operations Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking to appoint an Automotive Centre Manager on a permanent basis. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned team leader or current manager eager for a new challenge.
Work Environment:
Join a collaborative team atmosphere with supportive management.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 18:00
Saturday: 08:30 to 17:00
One day off during the week.
Sunday is a trading day, requiring two Sundays per month with additional compensation on top of the annual salary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Compliance, and Stock Management.
- Ensure customers receive exemplary service to minimize complaints.
- Achieve all sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Centre and its equipment.
- Follow reasonable instructions from Regional Managers, Head Office, or the Board of Directors.
- Drive sales of products and services in line with company procedures.
- Oversee recruitment and interviewing of all Centre staff.
- Collaborate with Head Office and other departments.
- Provide support to other Centres as needed.
- Identify training needs for employee development within the company.
- Be available for work as specified by the company.
