We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Viewing Guide. As a Viewing Guide, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they meet you.


Your key responsibilities will include accompanying prospective buyers to view properties, highlighting the positive attributes of each home, and gathering feedback to pass back to your branch colleagues.


You will also be responsible for hosting Open Houses, which are a great way to showcase properties to multiple potential buyers at once.


In addition to your viewing duties, you may also be required to assist in the office with general administration and organizational tasks.


Basic computer skills are required, but don't worry if you're not tech-savvy - we'll provide training on our internal IT systems.



What We're Looking For:


* A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* A full driving license and your own car (with business insurance)


* The ability to work independently and as part of a team


* A flexible approach to working hours, including Saturdays
