About you as an Electrician: To be successful in this role you will have a flexible approach and experience of working within a domestic and commercial property maintenance and target driven environment. You will be required to engage with all stakeholders of the service, acting as an Ambassador of our client, promoting and endorsing the positive work that we do across our communities in our client's way. Electrician Job Role: You will have a sound working knowledge of your trade discipline and exhibit sound knowledge of the wider building construction sector, understanding components, materials, building trades and applicable regulations To carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the onsite supervisor Service equipment Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all buildings, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements Electrically you will be working on, fire alarm testing, lighting and power and more electrical duties. Maintain strict compliance with industry regulations and safety standards Keep detailed records of all maintenance work performed Work flexible working hours to suit business requirements Form part of the out of hours call out rota, attend emergency repair works as required Electrician Essential Skills: NVQ/City & Guilds Certificate qualifying you as an Electrician 18th Edition, Testing & Inspection Full driving license You will also be able to demonstrate experience of working in a customer focused environment where the customer comes first.
