About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while also supporting the development of our Care Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Lead and manage a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of care policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with Sanctuary Care's values and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as nursing and therapy, to ensure a holistic approach to care.

Requirements
  • Experience in care, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on people's lives.
