About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Music Director to join our team at Music Mark. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading our music program and working closely with our team to achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and coordinate all aspects of our music program, including planning and executing worship services, concerts, and other musical events.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive music strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with our team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for our community.
  4. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of musicians and volunteers to support our music program.
  5. Manage our music budget and resources to ensure effective use of our resources.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in leading and coordinating music programs in a similar setting.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  3. Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
