We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our culinary team at Cinnamon Care. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Supervise and coordinate the work of junior kitchen staff
- Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained
- Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu ideas
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior chef or culinary team member
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
