About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Professional to join our team at Akari Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe, review, and finalize care planning needs to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.
  • Assist in developing and implementing social activities that promote resident engagement and well-being.
  • Support the training and supervision of junior colleagues to ensure a smooth transition of care.
  • Collaborate with the care team to create a warm and welcoming environment that meets the individual needs of our residents.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with a caring nature, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, we want to hear from you.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary starting at £12.55 up to £13.30 per hour (dependent on qualification).
  • Employer pension contribution of 3%.
