About the Role

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at Hotel Café Royal, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every bedroom is immaculate for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough room inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Restock amenities and supplies as required, ensuring a seamless guest experience
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a conversational level of spoken English
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
