Lettings Partner in Woolwich

Are you passionate about building and maintaining relationships and growing business? We're seeking a skilled Lettings Partner to join our team in Woolwich.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and improve operational and financial results in your designated area, implementing short, medium, and long-term initiatives to increase profitability.
  • Ensure legal and commercial compliance within your area, engaging in local marketing initiatives and maintaining a strong brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with peers to build networks and relationships, identifying opportunities for referrals and implementing operational planning and financial control systems.
  • Contribute to the Lettings Director's strategy to ensure profitable growth and continuous improvement within the area.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a track record of success in Residential Lettings, with knowledge of the industry and its trends.
  • Be a self-starter who can work effectively unsupervised, building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Be passionate about Spicerhaart, our brands, values, and processes.
  • Have experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator, with the ability to build new client relationships, leverage existing relationships, and maximize revenue through quality instructions and book growth.
  • Understand and predict market trends across business streams to react and forecast appropriately.
  • Be able to build and sustain long-term performance through book growth.
