About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graduate Design Engineer to join our Transportation Team based in Exeter, Devon. As a Graduate Design Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative solutions for flood risk management and drainage design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and development of drainage and flood mitigation solutions for clients such as National Highways, Environment Agency, Transport for London, Local Authorities, and Water Companies.
  • Assist in the preparation of design calculations, hydraulic models, and technical reports.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver on project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet cost, quality, and programme targets.
