**1st Line Support Engineer - Hybrid Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Uptime Solutions Ltd. As a 1st line engineer, you will play a critical role in providing market-leading technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support: You will be responsible for delivering 1st line IT support services to our customers, including troubleshooting a range of technical issues, such as Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Office, printers and scanners, and various customer applications.
  • Network and System Administration: You will perform basic administration of Windows Server 2016, 2019, and network troubleshooting to ensure our customers' systems are running smoothly.
  • Customer Communication: You will use our PSA platform to log and respond to support tickets, and provide excellent customer communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Issue Escalation: You will identify and escalate higher-level issues to senior engineers, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: You will have experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Office, and various customer applications. Knowledge of Autotask RMM or PSA is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Technology: You will have a passion for technology and self-development, and be eager to learn and grow with our company.
