We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Melbreck Technical Recruitment. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative online campaigns, executing promotional plans, creating project plans, and analyzing data to formulate action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the digital experience team and external agencies to execute plans and ensure successful project execution.

• Develop and manage project plans, involving multiple stakeholders and teams, to ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

• Execute digital activities and tactics on various digital channels and platforms, working with external agencies to maximize results.

• Monitor performance and track results on an ongoing basis, adjusting tactics as needed to optimize outcomes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Business, or a related field.

• Passion for digital marketing, technology, and innovation, with a strong understanding of digital media platforms and KPIs.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with numerous stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret results and make recommendations.

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and collaborate with team members.

Benefits:

• 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility on location and start and finish times.

• Up to 15% pension and up to 10% bonus.
